Jewellery price in India = gold value + making charges + 3% GST. Gold value is the weight in grams × today's rate for that purity (22K is 91.6% of the 24K rate). Making charges are usually 6–25% of the gold value or a fixed amount per gram, and 3% GST applies to the gold value plus making charges.
