This page lists Amazon offers we read on the store’s own site, with the date we saw each one, how to reach customer care and how returns work. Today we show 3 dated offers. Stores change offers without notice, so check the final price at checkout.

About Amazon
Amazon is an online store that shoppers in India use for electronics and marketplaces. Here we keep its offers, customer care steps and return rules together, and we mark each offer as tested or only seen on the store’s site.
Some links on this page are affiliate links, so we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our editorial policy explains how we check offers.

Coupon, promo code, bank offer or cashback: what is the difference?
| Type | How it works | Where you see it |
|---|---|---|
| Coupon | A discount you switch on with a tick box | Product page, near the price |
| Promo code | A code you type in for a specific campaign | The campaign page or Amazon’s instructions |
| Bank or card offer | A discount for paying with a certain card or method | Offers section on the product page, and at payment |
| Deal or sale price | A lower price with nothing to apply | Deal pages and product pages |
| Cashback or reward | Money or points returned after the order | Your payment method or rewards account |
How to apply an Amazon coupon and bank offer
- Open the product page and look for a coupon box or an “Offers” section near the price.
- If there is a coupon, select it to apply it. You do not usually need to type anything.
- Bank and card offers are often listed under the Offers section too. They are applied when you pay with that card or payment method.
- Open your cart and check the final amount before you pay. If the discount is missing, the coupon may have run out or the item may not qualify.
For the exact rules, read Amazon’s own Coupons FAQ.
Amazon coupon not showing or not working? Check these
- The coupon ran out. Sellers set a limit, and it can end before its date.
- Your item does not qualify. A coupon is tied to a specific product or a specific seller.
- Wrong quantity. Some coupons apply to one unit only.
- It needs a payment method. Bank offers apply only with the listed card or method.
- You are looking at another seller’s listing. The same product from a different seller can have a different coupon or none.
- The page is out of date. Refresh the product page and the cart.
- Still stuck? Use Amazon’s Contact Us page and choose your order.
Work out the real price before you pay
A coupon and a bank offer can stack, but the final number is what counts. Here is an example with made-up numbers, only to show the method. It is not a real offer.
| Listed price | ₹10,000 |
| Coupon | − ₹500 |
| Price after coupon | ₹9,500 |
| 10% bank offer on ₹9,500 (if no cap applies) | − ₹950 |
| Final price | ₹8,550 |

How to contact Amazon customer care
Amazon’s help starts from your order. Open Amazon’s Contact Us page, choose your order and the problem, and pick from the options Amazon offers for it. To track, change or cancel an order, go to Your Orders on Amazon and open the order. For items sold by a third-party seller, open the order and use the option to contact the seller or Amazon from there.
We do not print a phone number on this page, because numbers copied from the internet are often wrong or fake. Get the contact option from Amazon’s own site.

Beware of fake customer care numbers. Do not share your OTP, card PIN or UPI PIN with anyone who calls or messages you.
Amazon returns and refunds
Return rules depend on the product and the seller. The product page shows whether an item can be returned or replaced and for how long, so check it before you order. Items such as some electronics, personal care items and perishable goods may have stricter rules.
To start a return, go to Your Orders, choose the item and select Return or Replace. Amazon then shows the options that apply to that item. Keep the original box, tags and accessories, because a return can be rejected if the item is not in the condition Amazon asks for.

Amazon FAQs
What is an Amazon coupon?
An Amazon coupon is a discount a seller or Amazon attaches to a product. On many listings you tick a coupon box on the product page and the discount is applied at checkout. It is different from a bank offer, which depends on how you pay.
Are there Amazon promo codes I can type in?
Most Amazon coupons are applied by ticking a box, not by typing a code. A few campaigns do use a typed promo code, and Amazon shows the instructions with them.
Why is my Amazon coupon not showing or not applying?
Common reasons are that the coupon ran out, the seller ended it, your item or quantity does not qualify, or the offer needs a certain payment method. Check the coupon box on the product page and the final amount in your cart.
Can I use a coupon and a bank offer together?
Often yes, because the coupon is applied to the price and the bank offer is applied when you pay. Amazon decides this order by order, so read the final amount before you pay.
What is the Amazon customer care number?
Do not use a number from a random website. Use Amazon’s Contact Us page and choose your order, so you reach Amazon through its own site.
How do I contact Amazon about an order?
Open Your Orders, choose the order and pick the help option for it, or use Amazon’s Contact Us page. Amazon shows the contact options that are available for that order.
How do I return something I bought on Amazon?
Go to Your Orders, choose the item and select Return or Replace. The options shown depend on the product and the seller.
How can I check if an Amazon price is really low?
Compare it with the price over time. Our price history page shows whether a price is lower than usual, and our discount calculator turns a percentage off into the final amount.
Is it safe to use coupon sites for Amazon?
Never share your Amazon password, OTP or card details with a coupon site. A real coupon is applied on Amazon’s own pages. If a site asks for your login to “unlock” a coupon, leave.

How this page works
We list an offer only after reading it on Amazon’s own page or testing it in a cart, and we show the date. Offers are hidden when they end or are not re-checked in time. We do not copy codes from other coupon sites. Spotted something wrong? Tell us on Telegram. Read our editorial policy.
