Indian bra sizes follow the UK system, so 34B in India is 34B in the UK.

How do I calculate my bra size at home?

Measure your underbust and bust with a soft tape. Round the underbust to the nearest even inch to get the band (for example 31" becomes 32). Subtract the band from the bust: 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D, 5" = DD. A 32" band with a 35" bust is 32C.

Are Indian bra sizes the same as UK sizes?

Yes. Most Indian brands such as Jockey, Enamor, Clovia and Zivame use UK-style band and cup sizes, so a 34B in India is a 34B in the UK. US sizes match up to D, then differ (UK DD/E = US DD/DDD).

What is a sister size?

A sister size has the same cup volume on a different band. Going one band size up and one cup size down (34B to 36A) or one band down and one cup up (34B to 32C) keeps the cup volume the same. Use it when the band feels too tight or too loose.

How should a bra fit?

The band should sit level and snug on the loosest hook, the centre panel should lie flat against your breastbone, the cups should hold all breast tissue without gaps or spillage, and the straps should not dig in. Most support should come from the band, not the straps.
