Exchange offers are easy but often pay less than selling yourself. For a ₹30,000 phone with a ₹6,000 exchange value, a ₹1,000 exchange bonus and ₹1,500 bank discount, you pay ₹21,500. If you can sell the old phone for ₹8,500, you pay ₹20,000 instead and save ₹1,500.

The delivery agent checks the screen, body and functions. Scratches or faults lower the value, and you can refuse the exchange.
Can I use a bank offer with an exchange?
Usually yes. Check that the bank offer still applies when exchange is selected.

Use a trusted platform, meet in public, factory reset the phone and remove your SIM and memory card.
