Newborns use about 10–12 diapers a day, falling to about 6–8 by 6 months and 4–6 after the first birthday. At 7 months, about 7 a day is roughly 210 a month; at ₹12 a diaper that is about ₹2,520 a month. Size goes by weight: NB up to 5 kg, S about 3–8 kg, M 7–12 kg, L 9–14 kg, XL 12–17 kg and XXL above 15 kg (check the brand).
