Quick answer

A T-shirt size chart needs four measurements: chest, length, shoulder and sleeve. Chest is graded 2 inches per size (S 36, M 38, L 40 body chest), length about 1 inch and shoulder half an inch. For a regular-fit tee, the garment chest is about 3 inches more than body chest. Edit the numbers to match your blanks, add your logo and download.

Frequently asked questions

How do I measure a T-shirt for a size chart?
Lay it flat. Chest: armpit to armpit, then double it. Length: from the highest shoulder point to the hem. Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the sleeve end.
What is the difference between regular and oversized tee charts?
Oversized tees have 6–8 inches of chest ease and dropped shoulders, so their garment chest and shoulder numbers are much larger.
Should I list chest in inches or cm?
Indian buyers usually think in inches for clothes. Showing both avoids confusion.
