Quick answer

Cashback = order value × cashback %, but never more than the cap. A "10% cashback up to ₹150" offer on a ₹2,000 order pays ₹150, not ₹200, so the real rate is 7.5% and the effective price is ₹1,850. To get the full 10%, keep the order at or under ₹1,500. Cashback usually arrives later, as wallet balance or statement credit.

How to use this calculator

  1. Enter your order value after discounts.
  2. Copy the cashback %, cap and minimum order from the offer terms.
  3. Compare the real cashback % with other offers.

Formula

Cashback = order value × cashback %, capped at the maximum cashback (zero below the minimum order)

Effective price = order value − cashback

Spend to hit the cap = cap ÷ cashback %

Cashback terms change often. Check the offer page for caps, expiry and payment methods.

Frequently asked questions

Is cashback the same as an instant discount?
No. An instant discount lowers the price at checkout. Cashback comes later and may be wallet money you can only spend on that app.
When is cashback credited?
Usually within 1 to 90 days, depending on the offer. Read the terms for the credit date and expiry.
Can I combine cashback with a bank offer?
Often yes, but some bank offers exclude wallet or app cashback. Use the coupon stacking calculator to check the final price.
